Desde el Tantra el crecimiento espiritual puede centrarse tanto en cada una de las personas separadamente como en la pareja. Así es, la pareja también puede evolucionar, puede crecer, desarrollarse!.
♥ En las sesiones de Tantra para parejas lo que se busca es descubrir y fortalecer este vínculo a través del AMOR y de la MEDITACIÓN.
Mi experiencia personal es que hay un lenguaje silencioso que nutre a sus integrantes cuando ambos seres están muy conectados entre sí tanto físicamente como mentalmente y espiritualmente. Ambas almas comienzan a fundirse en una sola cuando se medita el amor de corazón a corazón.
Los Ciclos de Vitalidad son muy completos y recomendables para explorar las energías y profundidades de una relación.
Los Ciclos de Vitalidad para parejas, son programas cuyo proceso se mueve en ciclos de 9 sesiones. Son 5 sesiones en pareja y 4 individuales, las cuales se van alternando. Lo ideal es hacer varias sesiones por semana que se van programando en base a sus tiempos y la agenda de Romina.
En cada sesión verán diferentes técnicas de vitalización corporal. En la primer sesión-entrevista además de conocernos nos conectaremos con la cuestión que necesitan explorar y empezaremos a trabajar desde allí. En los encuentros siguientes, experimentaremos en orden técnicas bioenergéticas, meditaciones activas, meditaciones tántricas sutiles, finalizando con un masaje ayurvédico-tántrico con aceites vegetales y es posible que incorporemos técnicas de Tantra Body para despertar la kundalini!.
Son ciclos completos que abarcan la totalidad del Ser, alcanzando niveles tanto físicos como psíquicos y espirituales. Aprehenderán simples maneras de incrementar su vitalidad y encontrar así su bienestar total!

From Tantra, spiritual growth can focus both on each of the people separately and on the couple. That’s right, the couple can also evolve, can grow, develop!

My personal experience is that there is a silent language that nourishes its members when both beings are very connected to each other both physically, mentally and spiritually. Both souls begin to merge into one when love is meditated from heart to heart.
The Vitality Cycles are very complete and recommended to explore the energies and depths of a relationship.
The Vitality Cycles for couples are programs whose process moves in cycles of 9 sessions. There are 5 sessions as a couple and 4 individual, which alternate. The ideal is to do several sessions per week that are scheduled based on your times and Romina’s schedule.
In each session you will see different body vitalization techniques. In the first session-interview, in addition to getting to know each other, we will connect with the issue that they need to explore and we will start working from there. In the following meetings, we will experience in order bioenergetic techniques, active meditations, subtle tantric meditations, ending with an Ayurvedic-tantric massage with vegetable oils and it is possible that we will incorporate Tantra Body techniques to awaken the kundalini!
